Vita is a real survivor with a very rough start in life. She’s ready to make up for lost time and find her forever home. She’s tough because she had to be, but now she is ready for a safe home where she can bond with her humans and let her awesome personality shine through. Vita is well on her way to being ready for her forever home. She is close to 7 lbs now and has been spayed, microchipped, dewormed, had her ears treated, and her vaccinations are up to date until May of 2027.
Vita is a funny girl who enjoys her own quiet space. She is growing stronger every day and thriving physically. X-rays were done to ensure she did not have any old injuries, and everything came back normal. Vita has been introduced to other cats and initially had some complaints about it, but with time and patience she is now comfortable and fine with them. She does not love being held or picked up, but she loves being pet and enjoys head, chin, and ear scratches. When Vita first comes to a new home, she may be uncomfortable, timid, and scared. She might not use the litter box immediately, so confinement until she is comfortable would be a good idea. Vita will need a forever home with someone who has patience and understanding to continue supporting her emotional and physical recovery journey.
