She came into rescue at 4 weeks old weighing just 260 grams. Because she was the smallest runt of her group, her foster mom bottle-fed her and gave her extra special care. After overcoming a small weight plateau, Akasha is now thriving and has become the champion of the dry kibble bowl—no one pushes this tiny queen out of the way!
While her siblings are busy trying to escape the kitten play area, Akasha has a different mission—she craves human interaction and absolutely adores being the baby. The moment she is picked up, her purr motor starts instantly. She is a sweet, affectionate girl who loves being held, cuddled, and showered with attention. Although she enjoys playing, cuddles will always be her number one priority. Living with seven giant resident adult cats doesn’t bother her at all, and she happily runs up to play with everyone. She has also met large dogs while accompanying her foster mom to work, and even big dog kisses don’t faze her one bit.
