Personality and Unique Traits
Uno and her sister, Audi, came into rescue at approximately three weeks of age after their mother was hit by a car. They were lovingly cared for by one of our dedicated bottle-feeding foster moms. Uno was born with only one ear, which is believed to be a birth defect. It doesn’t affect her in any way, and she lives life just like any other kitten. In fact, she might even have better hearing, as she always seems to know exactly where you are.
Uno is the type of kitten who can make you laugh, smile, roll your eyes, and feel exasperated all within five seconds—but it’s impossible to stay mad at her. If someone is attached to your leg giving playful love bites, it’s probably Uno! She is full throttle at all times and never lets her size stop her from taking on any adventure. When you can convince her to slow down for a moment, she loves cuddles, kisses, and being held, rewarding you with loud purrs. She also comes running when you call her and has become a favorite in her foster home.
